Since Paypal debit card is not available in the Philippines and my Union Bank Eon Card just expired last March 2014, I opted to find for an alternative wherein I can send, receive, pay, get paid. I also take into consideration that I don't have the luxury of time to go to a bank and request for a new one in particular (Eon Card-UnionBank) so I decided to search in the internet wherein I can avail of the card hassle free and not paying for anything in particular. And here it is, NTRUST CLOUD MONEY Prepaid MasterCard. I signed up and supplied the necessary information in my profile and viola I just created an account with them. What's really nice about Ntrust is that I can do transactions over the cloud. I can also avail of their cloud money card which I can use to over 1.7 million ATMs worldwide and accepted to over 200 countries. But before one can avail of the cloud money card one has to verify his identity in which you will have to submit scanned copies or pictures of your accepted government ID cards (passport, postal, prc, drivers license, etc.) showing you full name and address and supporting documents (bank/credit card statement or utility bills, phone bill, etc). At first I was having difficulty establishing verification for they have rejected twice my attached supporting documents - the first one I attached my employee id and the next I sent them a receipt of a loan I paid in a bank), by the way I supplied my postal id as my main identification. Because of these circumstances I emailed them stating that I don't have any phone bills (because I used a prepaid line) or utility bills not even a bank statement or credit card statement showing them my name and address in it. Luckily, after 4 to 6 minutes a customer service representative called me up over the phone and ask me what are my other identification cards since I can't supply them with what they are asking of me. So I told them I have my voters ID and fortunately they accepted it. Moments later when I sent them a scanned copy of my voters ID they immediately verified my status in my account.
